Pricing Procedure

For customers wanting weekly, biweekly or monthly maid service, a Mighty Clean representative will visit your home to determine your pricing. Square footage, occupancy, pets, flooring, etc. can effect the pricing. Also, an initial cleaning price will be given. An initial cleaning is a detailed cleaning to bring your home up to Mighty Clean standard which will be maintained on your regular cleaning schedule. During this visit Mighty Clean procedures will be reviewed and any questions will be answered. An information packet will be left for you.

One time cleans, move-in, move-out, and sight-unseen are performed on an hourly rate. Additional charges are applied if requested to clean inside a refrigerator or stove, etc.

We accept the following forms of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Checks. Payment is due on the day services are rendered.
